There are so many fabulous teachers at the Bead&Button Show offering classes on almost every jewelry-making topic imaginable—and some of them happen to be Kalmbach Books authors. One new face at the show this year is Nealay Patel, a graphic designer with an innovative approach to jewelry design. I had the pleasure of working with Nealay on his new book: Jewelry for the New Romantic. His beautiful, fresh collections stretch the boundaries of traditional beadwork by incorporating beading wire in unusual ways.
