The Lux Center for the Arts in Lincoln, Nebraska, unveils its monthlong exhibit on contemporary beadwork, Bedazzled: 2008 Lux Center for the Arts Bead Invitational, on August 1. The exhibit includes works by JoAnn Baumann, Wendy Ellsworth, Susan Fraerman, Kim Z Franklin, Susan
Lenart Kazmer, Nancy Koenigsberg, Connie Lehman, Laura Leonard,
Jennifer Mokren, Amy Clarke Moore, Rachel Nelson-Smith, Christine Marie
Noguere, Huib Petersen, Christy Puetz, Sherry Serafini, Natasha St.
Michael, James Edward Talbot, Dustin Wedekind, Tom and Kathy Wegman,
Laura Willits, and Jan Zicarelli. It looks like an exceptional exhibit and well worth a quick trip.
