Beadapalooza Glass Beadmaking Event

On Saturday, November 10, 2007, Blue Fire Beads & Jewelry in New Lenox, IL, will be hosting the 2nd Annual Beadapalooza event where glass artists make beads for the Beads of Courage Program. The public is invited to watch as bead artists make butterfly- and heart-shaped beads that will go to children who have reached certain treatment milestones in their fight against cancer. “Beadapalooza & Beads of Courage offer an opportunity for glass artists to help children fighting cancer through the creation of special beads to keep up their spirits and tell their story,” said Mari Johnson, co-proprietor with her husband Keith, of Blue Fire Beads. “It’s an honor and a pleasure for us.”

For additional information regarding Beadapalooza and Beads of Courage, contact Mari Johnson at (815) 462-4900 or visit www.bluefirebeads.com.
